Lease. In accordance with RCW 35.42.090.the Lease shall be exempt from any taxes imposed under the authority of Ch. 82.45 RCW, RCW 82.04.040 or RCW 82.08.090. 4. Lien Notice. Notice is given that Landlord will not be liable for any labor, services, materials or equipment furnished or to be furnished to Tenant or anyone holding an interest in the Premises (or any part of the Premises) through or under Tenant, and that no construction or other liens for any such labor,services,materials or equipment shall attach to or affect the interest of Landlord in the Premises. 5.
