DESCRIPTION/JUSTIFICATION OF AMENDMENT Due to technical delays within in the Work Plan, Exhibit C, target hardening activities under Program Area #4, Operational Mitigation Capabilities, cannot be completed by the grant agreement end date. A new activity is being added to the Work Plan for hiring a contractor to develop emergency response mapping products. The Budget, Exhibit E, is being modified to move funds from Organization - Goods & Services to Organization - Consultants/Contractors to support the new activity. Funds are also being moved from Organization - Goods & Services to Training - Travel/Per Diem to support trainings already identified in the Work Plan. The Timeline, Exhibit D, is not affected. Additions are denoted with grey highlight and deletions with strikethrou h text. 11. AMENDMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Replace Original Work Plan, Exhibit C, with Revised Work Plan, Exhibit C, attached to this amendment. 2. Except as amended herein, all other terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement remain in full force and effect.
