i TERMINATION OF OPTION TO
REPURCHASE AGREEMENT
This Termination of Option to Repurchase Agreement(the"Termination") is dated as
of September 0 , 2018, and is by and between the City of Kent("Seller"), and Marquee on
Meeker LLC("Buyer").
1. Termination. Seller and Buyer executed and recorded a Memorandum of
Option to Repurchase Agreement under King County Recording number 20180403000433
(the "Memorandum"). This Termination is being executed and recorded to terminate the
Memorandum, and to terminate Seller's right to repurchase the property legally described on
Exhibit A(the "Property") from Buyer.

2. Purpose. The Memorandum and the Option to Repurchase Agreement
