2 City of Kent, hes passed normel retirement age under the provision
3 of the State of Washington Stetewide City Employees Retirement
4 System, end
5 1'rHf:X~:AS, 1 t, is the desire of the City of Kent and or the
6 seid Henry J. Martin that his retirement date be extended until
7 the said Henry J. Martin reaches age sixty-seven(67), now,
8 therefore,
9 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI1'Y COUNCIL OF 'fHE CITY OF KENT in
10 regular meeting sssembled, as follows:
11 1. That the City of Kent hereby requests the Ste~e of
Washington Statewide City Employees Retirement System
12 to extend the retirement de.te for Henry J. Ms.rtin, one
of the employees or the City of Kent, unnil the seid
13 Henry J. Martin reaches age 67.
