All other provisions of the original Agreement or prior Amendments not inconsistent with this Amendment shall remain in full force and effect. For valuable consideration and by mutual consent of the parties, Consultant or Vendor's work is modified as follows: 1. Section I of the Agreement, entitled "Description of Work," is hereby modified to add additional work or revise existing work as follows: In addition to work required under the original Agreement and any prior Amendments, the Consultant or Vendor shall: As described in attached Exhibit A, incorporated herein, scope is expanded to include documentation for utility easements. 2. Services are proposed for developing easements that will be required to fulfill permit conditions and allow for beneficial occupancy in the future. Table 1 provide fee breakdown, with attachments from our team provided. Note the following: TABLE 1 — EASEMENT DOCUMENTATION - Proposed for Completion of Utility Easements This represents an estimate of design and engineering services to be provided. Services proposed from PACE are to provide written legal descriptions and parcel exhibits for approximately six (6) utility easements (total still to be determined based on additional information forthcoming from the City) across the site. Proposed services from MR are an allowance for managing the final resubmittal/assembly of Permit Approved documents and project management support to complete and submit the easements.
