Services are proposed for developing easements that will be required to fulfill permit conditions and allow for beneficial occupancy in the future. Note the following: TABLE 1 — EASEMENT DOCUMENTATION - Proposed for Completion of Utility Easements This represents an estimate of design and engineering services to be provided. Services proposed from PACE are to provide written legal descriptions and parcel exhibits for approximately six (6) utility easements (total still to be determined based on additional information forthcoming from the City) across the site. Proposed services from MR are an allowance for managing the final resubmittal/assembly of Permit Approved documents and project management support to complete and submit the easements.
