Dear Ms. Komoto:
We are committed to keeping you and our customers informed about changes to Xfinity TV
services. Accordingly, please note that effective October 1, 2019, we will begin adding new and
improved access to our Sports Out-Of-Market content. Currently customers have access to SD
broadcasts of a limited number of sporting events. We are expanding the coverage of out-of-
market sports and upgrading the content to HD in our IP offerings. We are notifying customers
of these changes through bill messaging.
