Dear Bill,
It has been great speaking with you in our online meetings over the last few weeks. We appreciate your
interest in our company and our technology, and as we discussed we are committed to providing
services to the City of Kent that can work within your budget constraints.
This letter serves as a proposal for GIS WebTech LLC, a Georgia limited liability company,to provide
technology services to the City of Kent, Washington, as described below.
Services
• Working jointly with our client, Greater Seattle Partners, GIS WebTech will immediately provide
a URL to the City of Kent showing the outline of the Kent Valley on the Greater Seattle Partners
installation of our Recruit Professional technology, and authorize the City of Kent to link to this
URL from its website for the term of this agreement. We can also recommend some options for
text and/or images the City of Kent will use to link to the URL, based on best practices by other
GIS WebTech clients around the country.
• GIS WebTech will add additional functionality to our Recruit Professional technology to allow for
addition of the City of Kent logo dynamically when a user activates the Kent Valley layer. GIS
WebTech will develop this functionality at our own expense, with no fee to the City of Kent or
Greater Seattle Partners. For the avoidance of doubt,GIS WebTech cannot commit to a delivery
date for this functionality and, due to a backlog of development projects, anticipates that this
feature will not be added until next year(2020).
• In the interim period until this additional functionality for adding the City's logo dynamically is
complete, GIS WebTech can add the City's logo on the right side of the Greater Seattle Partners

installation, in the white space below the header links.This logo would be visible at all times for
all users, whether linking to the installation from the City of Kent website or not. For this reason,
we will add this logo only if both the City of Kent and Greater Seattle Partners agree.
Billing& Fees
The City of Kent will pay GIS WebTech a fixed fee of$2,000 per year for the services provided ("Fixed
Fee"), via a single annual payment due at the beginning of each year of service. GIS WebTech will
provide an invoice in advance of each payment and will accept payment via check or electronic funds
transfer, whichever the City of Kent prefers. Beginning with the third year of service,the Fixed Fee may
be changed by GIS WebTech with 30 days advanced,written notice. GIS WebTech may cease provision
of services at anytime if payment is not timely made.
Term
This Agreement shall be for a one-year term, effective September 1, 2019 ("Effective Date"), and will
automatically renew for additional one-year terms unless cancelled by either party, in writing, at least
30 days prior to the anniversary of the Effective Date.
