City of Kent, Washington, approving the
consolidating budget adjustments made between
October 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014 reflecting
an overall budget increase of $5,366,674.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DOFS
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;
SECTg®111 �. - Budaet Adfustments, The 2014 budget is amended
to Include budget fund adjustments for the fourth quarter of 2014 from
October 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014, as summarized and set forth
in Exhibit "A," which is attached and incorporated into this ordinance.
Except as amended by this ordinance, all terms and provisions of the
2013-2014 biennial budget Ordinance No. 4067, as amended by Ordinance
Nos. 4099, 41101 41131 4119, and 4130 shall remain unchanged.
SECiIOA! 2. — Severab/ltty. If any one or more section, subsection,
or sentence of this ordinance is held to be unconstitutional ar invalid, such
decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this
ordinance and that remaining portion shall maintain its full force and
effect,

approval of the City Attorney, the City Clerk and the code reviser are
authorized to make necessary corrections to this ordinance, including the

regulations.
