RE:Site Lease Acknowledgment dated May 31,2018 between Sprint Spectrum Realty
Company LLC and Seattle SMSA Limited Partnership dba Verizon Wireless for property
located at 11228 SE 236"Place,Kent,Washington 98031
To Whom It May Concern:
Verizon Wireless has elected not to commence installation of its equipment at the property
identified above,and is terminating the Lease effective as of June 30,2019. Per paragraph 9.2
a temporary facilities fee has been paid in the amount of$6,000.00. Due to non-installation
VZW has the rights for a full refund of the$6,000.00
Verizon Wireless will terminate and release the previously recorded memorandum of lease by
recording a Notice of Termination and Release of Memorandum of Lease in the corresponding
recording office.
Please send a check to my attention in the amount of $6,000.00 payable to Verizon
Wireless,180 Washington Valley Road,Bedminster,New Jersey 107921.
