This agreement is effective upon execution and is extended for an initial term of 12 months.
Single Sign On
NEOGOV's Single Sign On(SSO) options allow agency users to securely authenticate and login to
NEOGOV applications without having to re-enter their credentials. User credentials are authenticated by
an Identity Provider(usually your agency's LDAP or Active Directory server)and then sent to NEOGOV
(acting as a Service Provider).NEOGOV is pleased to offer a SAML 2.0 compliant solution. We have
successfully integrated with many major identify providers, including Azure, OKTA,ADFS and
Shibboleth. Details for each option are provided by the NEOGOV Implementation Consultant prior to the
project kick-off.
The SSO solution does not automatically create or update users. Customer is responsible to keep user
status in NEOGOV systems up-to-date. However, a separate integration is available to automate this
update process.
