Good Afternoon,
Our banking contract with US Bank is a four year contract, with the option for two three-year contract
extensions. The four year contract ends this June of 2019.
The contract language says "The City, at its sole option, will be able to exercise two three-year contract
extensions under the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement".
We would like to exercise the first three year extension. Per section XIV, Paragraph D, "All
Communications regarding this Agreement shall be sent to the parties at the addresses listed on the
signature page of the Agreement, unless notified to the contrary."
Is this email sufficient to extend the contract? If so please consider this our notice. If you would like
further notice (hard copy) physically mailed to you, please let us know.
