HomeMy WebLinkAbout3989ORDINANCENO,3Oø1 AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the City of Kent, Washington, amending the 2011 budget. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 7. - Budget Adjustment. The 2011 City budget is amended to include budget fund adjustments as summarized and set forth in Exhibit "A," which is attached and incorporated by this reference. SECTION 2. - Ratification. Any act consistent with the authority and prior to the effective date of this resolution is hereby ratified and affirmed, SECTION 3, - Severability. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance should be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause, or phrase of this ordinance. 207l Budget1 Adjustment for Utility SECTION 4. - Effective Date, This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
