A RESOLUTION of the City Council
of the City of Kent, Washington, regard-
ing vacation of a certain street or por-
tion thereof.
WHEREAS a proper petition has been filed request-
ing vacation of a portion of Burke Avenue, a dedicated street in
the City of Kent, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by
reference made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein, NOW,
THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON
DO HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. That the hearing on the aforesaid vaca-
tion shall be at a regular meeting of the Kent City Council to be
held at 8 o'clock p.m. February 6, 1978 in the Council Chambers in
Kent City Hall, Kent, Washington.

Section 2. The City Clerk shall give proper notice
of the hearing and cause the notice to be posted as provided by law.
Section 3. The Planning Director shall obtain the
necessary written approval or rejection of the Water, Sewer and
Street Departments and shall transmit said information to the City
Council so the matter can be considered by the City Council at the
regular meeting of February 6, 1978.
PASSED at the regular meeting of the Kent City Council
this 3rd day of January, 1978.
