An ordinance of the City of Kent,prohibiting expectoration upon
the floors of public conveyances,and buildings,and upon sidewalks.

Sec tion 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to expectorste
upon the floor of any pvblic conveyance,or upon the floor of any
public building,hall or theatre,or upon any sidewalkgin the City
of Kent.
Sec ticn 2. Any person convicted of the violation of any of
the provisions of the preceding section shall be fined in any sum

not exceeding A50.00.or imprisoned in the City Jail not longer
than ten days.
