AN OTMIXANCZ authorizing contract for rater right I
and right-of-way between the Fawn of .dent and She American I
Free -hold Zand Mortgage Company of London.
W IT ORDAIN BY THE COUNCIL OF T= WM OF KWT.
Section 11, .AUTHORITY TO BCH E RIGHT Cid' WAY.
The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter
Into a contract with The Aearlaan P'ree-hold Land Mortgage
Company of London Limited, a corporation for right of way
for a water amain pipe across the southeast quarter of
Section 19 and across the n*rth Mali' of Section 19, Township
22,north of Range 5 east, Willemotte Meridian and for water
rights attached to said la nd l and to contract in coadideration
thereof
on behalf of the said Town of Kent to
supply
to said

its su.osessors and assigns the right

said
grater pipe and take there from sufficient water for ordinary
domestics and farm purposes for two families in each of the
two tracts heretofore described, under municipal regulations
as to supervision and to prevent waste, and to ague that If

Section g, EMCTZ
This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage,
approval by the Playor and publication according to law.
