Aniordinance to prohibit minors from having possession of,carrying,
-using shooting and dit-charging air guns,air pistols, "ni!zaer-shoot-

ers!!, "sling Shots", "pea-shooters"or other istrumentAfor shooting
or throwing a leaden ball or bullet or any "B.B.Shot".
Be it ordained by the council of the
Town of Kent.
Sectiogi 1. It shall be unlawful for any minor to have in his
possession,to carry about with him,to load,fire offshoot or dis-
charge within the city limits of the Town of Kent,any air gun,air
pistol,pea--shooter,nigger shooter,sling shot,or other instrument
for throwing or shooting any leaden ball, or bullet, or any "B. B. "shot.
Section 2. Any person found gi-iilty of violating any of the
provisions of this ordinance,shall be punished by a fine not ex-
ceeding ten dollars,or by imprisonment not exceedint7 five days9for
each offence.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be ,in force
from and after its publication*
