A pubhc heanng on the street vacatwn pehtwn requestmg the vacatiOn of a portwn of the Southeast 266th Street nght-of-way shall be held at a regular meetmg of the Kent City Council at 7.00 p m., Tuesday, March 18,2003, m the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 220 4th A venue South, Kent, Washmgton, 98032 SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall gJve proper notiCe of the heanng and cause the notice to be posted as proVIded by state law, Chapter 35 79 RCW SECTION 3.
