ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, amending Ordinance 2233 relat-
ing to the office of Hearing Examiner, ad-
ding a new section 18 thereto, making the
City Administrative Staff a "person"and/or
"party" for the purpose of making requests
for reconsideration or appealing decisions
of the examiner to the City Council.
D THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Ordinance 2233 of the City of Kent is
hereby amended by adding a new section 18 thereto which shall read
as follows:
"Section 18. City Administrative Staff to be con-
sidered a "person" or "party".
For the purpose of Section 15 and 16 of this ordinance,
the city's administrative staff shall be considered
a "person" and/or "party" and shall have the same
rights as any other person or party to make requests
for reconsideration by the Hearing Examiner or to ap-
peal decisions of the Hearing Examiner to the City
Countil." ,
Section 2. Sections 18, 19 and 20 of Ordinance 2233
be and the same hereby are renumbered and shall now be Section 19,
20 and 21 respectively.
