ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent,
Washington, relating to Sanitary Sewer
Services; amending Section 7.05.310 Kent City
Code (Ordinance 2374, as last amended by
Ordinance 2446, 2510, 2596 and 2679)
establishing service charges.
2 WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement for Sewage Disposal
between M
etro and its component agencies, the Metro Council, by
Resolution No. 5414 adopted June 16, 1988, fixed and determined
the total monetary requirements for the disposal of sewage for the
X96 calendar year 1989, thereby resulting in a rate of $10.45 per
month per residential equivalent which will be effective
January 1, 1989.

Section 1. Section 7.05.310 of Kent City Code is amended
