AV ORDINANCE OF TH+, CIT`' OF KENT, FIXING T?II+� TAX LEVY
TTTI+'rEIN FOP, IFFE YEAR 1910.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provircions of the lawns
of Washington, as set forth in the session laws of 1909,
chapter 138, the City Council of the City of Kent, did
on the 5th day of September, A.D. 1910, make an eoti-
mate of the amounts necessary of t)ie Tnublic expence of
the said City for the ensueing year, and thereafter
caused the said estivate toeather with a. ,-iotice of the
tame and place o�' hearing cb,jectici,s to the tax levy
therein conterrmlated, to be published in the City Offi-
cial '.:eye paper as by lawn provided, now on this the 3d.
day of October, at 8 odclock P.m, in the City 11all
in said City, tete same beim th tine and place appoin-
ted in said notice for hearing objections to sz;Ad levy,
the said matter come; before the said city council for
hearing, and it appearing; teat no objections have beer:

ana correct, aiid that the tax. -Levy therein contemplated
is iiecessary for defraying the public expenses of the
said City for the ensueing year-.
