An ordinance of the City of iient,ri king it €a miederneanor for any per-
son under the age of eightten years to play at pool,billiards or cards
in any public pool,billiard or card room, off' to be found therein, and
waking the harboring of any such persons,or permitting there or any of
them to be in such pool,billiard or card room, or any saloon, or to play
at pool,billiards or cards upon tables kept for public use, by the own-
er or keeper`of such pool,billiard orcard room or saloon,a misderneanor
and providing a penalty for its violation.

SECTION 1. It shall be uiila,.ful for ai-iy person under the age of eighteen

Section 2. It shall be: unlawful for -aiy owner or keeper,or for any

pool,billiard

card room or
rooms, oallon
or saloons,for Che

of
the public,or
any
owner, keeper

for. Lhe u:;e of Lhe pubLic for hire, to illo.v or per.alit any person under
