THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN AS FOLIAWS:
`cgeetion 1. Fran and after the date of the taking effect of
this ordinance all renewals of existing sidewalks,and all new
"side walks constructed upon and along that portion of Titus street
.'in the City of Kent which lies between the right of way of the
-Chicago Milwaukee and St.Paul,Railway,on the west and Railroad
-- Avenue on the east shall be of 'conerete,flag stone,paving brick
or similar and equally as good material,at least six feet wide,
constructed under the supervision of the City Engineer,and in
conformity with his instructions.
Section Q. Refusal to comply With the provisions of the
; preceding Notion, shall be deemed a misdemeanor, and on o coviction
thersof,any person shall be fined not to exceed fifty dollars.
