be given by the Treasurer,City Attorney,Clerk,and Marshal.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KFNT,DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Seotion 1. Before entering upon the discharge of their dutiies
as officers of the CITY OF KFYT,the treasurer,olty attorney,elsrk
and marshal shall severally give bonds to thesaid City,in the
amounts mined in this section, eonditioned for the faithful perform-
ance of their several duties and for the duties of all offices
which they may severally be exofficio inoumbent,towit:

Section 2. All of such bonds shall be submitted to and approv-
ed by the council of the said City.
