An ordinance prohibiting :

BE IT ORDAINED BV THE COUNCIL OF THE T OWT1 OF KENT:
Section 1. Hereafter, it< shall be iinl ul for any person or

persons to open or keep /3 anpoolo billiard or drinking; sal -

oon,or to sell or dispose of any intoxicating liquors as a bey-
.
erage between the hours of 12 o'clock Saturday night and 5 ol,olock
Xf the following Monday morning,or between the hours of 1 o'clock
and 5 olclock in the morning of any other day of the week.
Section 2. Any person convicted of violating any of the provis"
ions of section 1 of this ordinance shall be punjAhed by a fine
in any stun not exceeding one hundred dollars.;:
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in farce from and after its
passage approval and publication.
