j Section► 1. The term sidewalk as used in this ordinance shall

Shall be built and constructed as follows:
A strip of land 2 feet wide 1�*ediately adjoining the abutting
property shall. be left for a parking strip.

A walk of concrete,�
cement
four feet wide shall be laid,placed and constructed
adjacent to the above named parking; strip.
'Between the said walk and the curb shall be another parkin; strip

The curb shall be not more than 4tmMEOM feet from the abutting
property on the side of the street whereit is built,and shall be
of materials similar to those of the said walk,at least six inch-
es in thickness and sufficiently high and strong to insure perma-
nence of the same and protection to the s aAd parkway,and shall be

Section 3. All sidewalks in the district described in section

thereof shall be fined in any stain -not exceeding; fifty dollars,

and shall pay the costs of prosecution.
