The term sidewalk as used in this ordinance shall �. be taken and construed to mean all of that portion of the street or avenue extending from and including; the curb to the marginal I, line between the street and the a'htztting propert„`r . i �! 'Between the said walk and the curb shall be another parkin; strip feet wide.
