Section 1. That a wooden sidewalk,complying with the regu-
lations of the ordinances of the Town of Kent,be built on and
along both sides of Titus Street from its intersection with the
west marginal line of Fourth Street,to its intersection with the
east marginal line of the right of way of the Chicago,jlilwaukee
and St.IRaul Railvray, in the said Town of Kent.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage
j and publication.
