Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance
shall be deed guilty of ax misdemeanor and upon convi cti on
thereof sbnll be :fined in any cum not excesding twenty-five
dollars ($25.00) or imprisoned not more than thi rty ( 3D) days
or be bath fined Paid imprisoned.

This Urdinance shall be in effect f rm and after Its
