Be It Ordained by the Council_ of the Town of Kent: Section 1. That the Yayor and Town Clerk of the Town of Kent be and they are hereby authorized and directed to enter1 into a written agreement with Seattle -Tacoma Interurban Railway for lighting certain of the streets and public places of the Town of Kent, which agreement shall be substantially in the fol- lowing form, namely: -: 2 : - /I THIS AC.RITMNY,T? This ordinance shall be signed by the Mayor, attested by the Clerk and published once in the "White River Journal", a newspaper published in the Town of Kent, and shall take effect when the publication shall be completed.
