ORDINANCE NO.
An Ordinance of the City of Kent fixing
the salary of the City Attorney and repeal-
ing Section 1 of Ordinance No. $37.
IBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT as follows:
Section 1. That the salary to be paid the City Attorney
of Kent, commencing with the month of June, 1960, shall be the
sum of Three-hundred($300.00)Dollars per month.
Section 2. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 83'T, passed by
'the Council December 18, 1950 and approved by the Mayor December
19.9 1950, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days after its passage, approval and publication
as by law provided.
