An Ordinance of the City of Kent
approving a plat of portions of
land in said City under the name
WALKERS SECOND ADDITION TO KENT.
WHEREAS, DON
R. WALKER
and MARGARET E.
WALKER, his wife,
have submitted to
the City a
proposed plat
of the following
described land in said City:
That portion of the SE! of the SWC, of
Section 18, Township 22 North, Range 5
E.W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of said sub-
division, thence S 0009'58" W along the east
line of said subdivision 426.64' to a point
80.00' northerly from the NE corner of Walker's
Addition to Kent, as recorded in Volume 53 of
Plats, page 85, records of King County, Washing-
ton; thence North 89045124" W. 133.47' thence S.
0014'37" W. 80.00' to the north line of said
Walker's Addition to Kent, thence N. 89045'24"
W. along said north line 230.00' to the east line
of Marlowe's First Addition to Kent as recorded
in Volume 44 of Plats, page 94, records of
King County, Washington; thence N. 0014'36" E
along said east line 498.34' to the north line
of sa;d SES of the SW -1 4 of Section 18, thence
N. 88 56'02" E. along said north line 362.99'
to the point of beginning,
and the said matter coming on for hearing on the 6th day of July,
1959, pursuant to notice thereof, duly posted in the form and
manner and for the time required by law; the City Council after
due consideration thereof finds that said plat conforms to all
legal requirements, that due provision has been made for all
streets and alleys and for other public necessitities and convey
iences;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That said plat of WALKER'S SECOND ADDITION TO
KENT, be and it is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk

are authorized and directed to have approval thereof duly in-
scribed thereon under their proper official signatures and with
the seal of said City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5) days after its passage, approval and publication,
as by law provided.
