WHEREAS, C.H. Rigby and Viola Rigby have submitted to the City
proposed plat of the following described land in X119 Countyand
. the City of Kent:
This VALLEY HEIGHTS REPLAT is a replat of VALLEY HEIGHTS
AS recorded in Volume 61 of Plats, Page 94,Records of King
County, Washington., described as follows: East half of the West
half of the NW,� of Section 22 Twp. 22 north, Range
King County, Washington. LESS the South 860.00 v.)TETHER measured

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
