An Ordinance of the City of Kent
approving a plat of portions of land
in said City under the name LINDA HEIGHTS
REPLAT ADDITION, a replat of Linda Heights.
WHEREAS, Don Farrell and Mary Farrell, his wife, of King l
County, Washington, have submitted to the City a proposed
plat of the following described land in said City:
This LINDA HEIGHTS REPLAT is a replat of LINDA HEIGHTS
as recorded in vol. 61 of Plats, page 95,
Records of King
County, Washin$�ton, described as follows:
The South 9b0.00 ft. (as measured at right angles to
the South line) of the East half of the West half of the N.
of Sec. 22, Twp. 22 North, Range 4 east w.M., King County,
Washington, TOGETHER with that portion of the South 960.00 ft.
(as measured at right angles to the South line) of the S.E.4 of
N.W.; of Sec. 22 lying westerly of the Westerly Right of Way
margin of 36th Ave. S. (Military Road) as now existing. Subjec
to vacation of the John H. Patten County Road. Subject to
rights granted to the United States of America as recorded
under Auditor's File Nos. 4537426 and 4558051.
and the said matter coming on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
required by law; the City Council after due consideration thereof
finds that said plat conforms to all legal requirements; that
due provision has been made for all streets and alleys and for
other public necessities and conveniences;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1, That said plat of LINDA HEIGHTS REPLAT ADDITION,
a replat of Linda Heights, be and it is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to have
approval thereof duly inscribed thereon under their proper
official signatures and with the seal of the said City.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
five (5) days after its passage, approval and publication, as
by law provided.
