An Ordinance of the City of Kent
approving a plat of portions of land
in said City under the name CLEMENTS
ADDITION
WHEREAS, Ralph L.(Larry)Clement and Marjory Lou Clements, his w fe$
of King County, Washington, have submitted to the City a proposed
plat of the following described land in said City:
In the City of Kent, King County, Washington: That portion
of the S.E.I of the SWI of Section 18, Township 22 north,
Range 5 east,W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said subdivision, thence
S. 89000'00" W. along the south line of said subdivision 134.72
thence N. 0014'36" E. along the East line of Hilltop Street
140.011 to the true point of beginning, thence N. 89000100" E.
134.531 to the East line of the SWI, of said Section 18,
thence N. 0009'58" E. along said E. line 528.70' to the
S.E.corner of Lot 12 of Walker's Addition to Kent as
recorded in Volume 53 of Plats, page 85, Records of King
County, Washington, thence S. 88058'01" W. along the S.
line of said Lot 12, 133.82' to the SW corner of said Lot 12,
thence S. 0014'36" W. along the East line of Hilltop Street
528.64' to the true point of beginning.
and the said matter coming on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing, duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
required by law; the City Council after due consideration thereof
finds that said plat conforms to all legal requirements, that
due provision has been made for all streets and alleys and for
other public necessities and conveniences;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1. That said plat of CLEMENTS ADDITION be and it is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to have approval thereof duly inscribed thereon under
their proper official signatures and with the seal of the said
City.
Section 2. This
force five (5) days
by law provided.
