An Ordinance of the City of Kent
approving a plat of portions of land
in said City under the name SKY HILL.
1 WHEREAS, FRED J. FRAZIER and MARGUERITE W. FRAZIER, WILLIAM
8 KINGHAMMER and BLANCHE KINGHAMMER, his wife, and ARTHUR STOKES and`
3 FLORENCE E. STOKES, his wife, of King County, Washincw
gton, have
4 submitted to the City a proposed plat of the following described
5 land in said City:
8 In the County of King, State of Washington: Section 22,
7 Township 22 north, range 4 east W.M.; Beginning at the south-
west corner of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter;
thence northerly alongthe west line of said northeast quarter
8 of northwest quarter, 201.0 feet to point of beginning; thence'
east?arallel with the south line of the northwest quarter,
g 13353 feet; thence north 01024'18" east, 261.06 feet along
the east line; thence west parallel to the south line, 1335.93
10 feet; thence south l017!43" west 261.06 ft. along the west
11 line to the point of beginning; except any portion lying west
of the new Military Road (36th Ave So.) and except the west
12 500 feet of the south 12T.02 feet and the west 400 feet of
the north 104-02 feet of the south 231.04 feet thereof.
13 and the said matter coming on for hearing pursuant to notice of
14 said hearing, duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
required by law; the City Council after due consideration thereof
lb finds that said plat conforms to all legal requirements, that
due provision has been made for all streets and alleys and for
18 other public necessities and conveniences;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN,
as follows:

Section 1 That said plat of SKY HILL be and it is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to have approval thereof duly inscriLed thereon under their proper
official signatures and with the seal of said City.
Section 2 This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
five (5) days after its passage, approval and publication, as by
law provided
