An Ordinance of the City of Kent approving
and accepting deeds for street purposes
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. That that certain deed made and executed by
Samuel H. Geijsbeek, Bessie Rose Geijsbeek, Douglas Gwinnett,
Mattie Gwinnett, Edward M. Hamlin, Jacqueline D. Hamlin, Eddie Per;
sons and Gladys D. Persons, on the 12th day of November,1958,
conveying certain land in said deed described for public street
purposes, and that certain deed made and executed by School
8 District No. 415, King County, State of WaEhington, on the 18th
9 s day of November, 1958, conveying certain land in said deed
10described for public street purposes, be and the same are hereby
11 approved and accepted.
12 Section 2. That the land in said deeds described shall be
13 and it is hereby added to and becomes a part of Kenosia AVeaue` in
14 the City of Kent, and said land be and it is hereby established
15 as a city street to be known as Kenosia Avenue,
18 Section 3. That the land in said deeds described is in
17 King County, Washington, and is described as follows:
18 Any portion of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of
Section 19; township 22 north, range 5 east W.M., and of Block 5
19 ';Washington Central Improvement Co's Knob Hill Addition to Kent,
lying southwesterly of the following described line, to -wit:
20 Commencing at the west quarter corner of section 19, township 22
north, range 5 East W.M.; thence north along the west line of
21 Section 19, 388,60 feet; thence north 440521east along the south
line of Titus Street 94.24 feet to the true point of beginning;
22 thence south 57010'40" east 307.82 feet to the northerly line of
Clark Street, as shown on Washington Central Improvement Co's
23 Knob Hill Addition to Kent, as recorded in Volume 5 of Plats,
page 97, records of King County, Washington, and lying northeasterly
24 of the following described line, to -wit: Commencing at the west quar-
ter corner of Sec. 19,township 22 north,range 5 East W.M.; thence
25 north along the west line of Sec. 19,388.60 ft.; thence north
" 44052' east 22.62 feet; thence south 5(016140" east 16.69 feet to
28 " an intersection with the east line of Kennebec Ave. as recorded in`
Washington Central Improvement Co's Knob Hill Addition to Kent,
27 in Vol. 5 of plats, page 9'(, records of King Co., Wash., which
'intersection is the true point of beginning; thence continuing
88 south 5'(016'40" east 429.37 ft to the northeast corner of
Block 5 of said Knob Hill Addition,

30 Section 4. That upon the passage, approval and publication
31 in due and regular form of this ordinance, the City Clerk is
32 hereby directed to cause the ordinance to be duly certified
according to law and thereupon record the same with the original

Auditor of King County and to pay the recording fee therefor. I
Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in

force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and I
