An Ordinance of the City of Kent
amending Section 1. of Ordinance No. 985
1 of said City, annexing to said City
certain lands contiguous thereto.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as follows:

Section 1. That Section 1. of Ordinance No. 985, which was

passed on the 2nd day of.June, 1958, and approved by the Mayor on

the 3rd day of June, 1958, be and it is hereby amended to read as

follows, to -wit:

"Section 1. That there shall be'annexed to the City of Kent
8 the following described land situated in the County of King,
State of Washington, to -wit:
9 That portion of the Stella H. Fox Addition as recorded in Vol -51'
of Plats, page 30, Records of King County, Washington,'and the
10 County Roads on the North and East, lying East of the existing
City Limits.
