Ty COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT DO ORDAIN as follows:

Section 1. That Section 1. of Ordinance No. 971 of the City l
io f Kent, passed the 17th day of February, 1958, and approved by

''the Mayor on the 18th day of February
'amended to read as follows, to -wit:
"Section 1. That there shall be annexed to the City of Kent
the following described land situated in the County of King.-
State of Washington, to -wit:
Shinnts Cloverdale Addition to Kent, as per plat
e 52, situated in
recorded in Volume 6 of Plats, pag
King County, Washington,
st quarter of section 7, township 22 north,
ALSO the northwe
range 5 east, W.M., situated in King County, Washington;
ALSO P.S.H. 5 adjacent on the west and any other streets
included within the body of the annexation but not specifically I
mentioned."
Section 2. This orainanue a1W_L_L koari�
five (5) days after its passage, approval and publication, as by
law provided.
