AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washington
3 repealing Section 3 of Kent City Ordinance
No. 1549 (November, 1968) pertaining to the
4 termination of the Ordinance imposing a
utilities tax.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: Section 3 of Kent City Ordinance No. 1549
8 (November, 1968) which reads as follows:
9 "Section 2 of this Ordinance shall be effective
as of 12:01 a.m., January 1, 1969, and the
10 provisions of Section 2 of this Ordinance shall
terminate as of midnight December 31, 1969 unless
11 otherwise provided for prior to that time."
12 is hereby repealed.
13 Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
