AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash -
3 ington ordering the transfer of Twenty
Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the
4 City of Kent Street Fund to the City of
Kent Urban Arterial Construction Fund
5 for the purpose of paying the preliminary
costs of the Reith Road Urban Arterial
6 groject, Phase No. 1.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
8 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
9 Section 1. The City Treasurer of the City of Kent,
10 Washington is herewith ordered to transfer the sum of Twenty
Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the unbudgeted, unexpended
11 balance in the City of Kent Street Fund to the Urban Arterial
12 Construction Fund for the purpose of paying the preliminary costs
13 of the Reith Road Urban Arterial Project, Phase No. 1.
Section 2: In passing this Ordinance and making this
14 transfer of funds it is acknowledged by the Mayor and the City
15 Council of the City of Kent that said sum of Twenty Thousand
16 Dollars ($20,000.00) came from unbudgeted., unexpended general
property taxes.

Section 3: This
Ordinance shall take effect
and
be in

force within five (5) days
after its passage, approval
and

publication as provided by
law.
