ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Kent City Ordinance 0.1071; September 15,

1960, which reads as follows:

1110.10.04. MINIMUM LOT EXCEPTION. Buildings or
8 structures to be erected, moved or structurally
altered on property which is less than minimum
10 lot area or dimensions for the zoning district
in which it is located, provided such property
11 has existed by title in its present form and
size since the date of passage of the first
12 zoning Ordinance of the City of Kent (Ordinance
784) on September 15, 1947, and Zoni-ng Resolu-
13 tion 6494 of King County, June 2, 1937. In such
cases documentary proof of the fact and date of
14 acquisition shall be submitted by the person
claiming benefits from this clause. This Section
15 shall not waive other minimum requirements of
this Ordinance."
