ington, approving a plat of a portion of
3 land in said City, under the name of "RANDALL
PARK DIVISION MO. 1.1°

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EENT, WASHINGTON, DO
5
ORDAIN AS FOLLOT7S:
6 Section 1. That R. & A. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., has
7
submitted to the City of I:ent a proposed plat of the following
8
described land, in said City, and located in the County of King,
9
State of Washington, and more fully described as follows:
10
A portion of the North one half of the South one
11 half -of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Town-
ship 22 North, Range 4 East, W.M. , in I:ing County,
12 Washinaton, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said North -
13 west quarter of Section 27; thence North 0°59'11"
.East along the West line thereof 655.52 feet to
14 an intersection with the Westerly extension of the
North line of the plat of P.entwood Hills Division
15 No. 1 as recorded in Volume 64 of Plats, page 62
aNd 63; thence South 89°11127" east along said North
16 line 257.02 feet to the Fast margin of Military Road
"1956" and the True Point of Beginning of this des -
14 cription; thence continuing South 89111127" East
1068.18 feet to an angle point in said North line;
18 thence worth 0158'28" East 154.32 feet along the
West line of said Plat; thence South 88142107" East
18 30 feet along the North line of said plat; thence
North 0058128" East 206.25 feet; thence on a curve
20 to the right with a radius of 270 feet through an
arc distance of 156.92 feet; thence North 34016125`°
21 East 174.83 feet to the North line of the Southeast
quarter and the Northwest quarter of said section;

line of said Southeast quarter of Northwest quarter
23 to the Northwest corner of said Southeast quarter of

25 street line 483.16 feet to the Southeasterly margin

along said margin 857.18 feet to the True Point of

28 and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
28 said '_nearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
30 required by law, the City Council, after due consideration there -
31 of, and after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the
32 2nd day of June, 1969, finds that said plat conforms to all the

and
that
due provision has been
made
for all
2 streets and alleys
and
for
other public necessities
and
con -
3 veniences.
4 Section 2. That said plat of "R.ANDALL PARK DIVISION NO.
5 1" be, and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk
6 are authorized and directed to have approval thereof fully in -
7 scribed thereon under their proper, official signatures with
8
the seal of the
City of ::ent.

effect and be in

force five (5) days from and after its passage,
approval and

publication, as
provided by-law.
