AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Washing-
ton, amending Section 2 of Kent City Ordinance
00 No. 1568 (January, 1969) to delete the residency
requirement for Kent Park Commissioners.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
6Section 1. Section 2 of Kent City Ordinance No. 1568

(January, 1969), which reads as follows:

"Creation of Board of Park Commissioners and
8 eligibility. There is hereby created a Board
of Park Commissioners, consisting of three
10 members who shall be appointed by the Mayor from
citizens of recognized fitness for such positions,
11 who reside in the City. No Commissioner shall
receive any compensation for his services.
