ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

7 Section 1. That J. W. MORRISON and MARDELL MORRISON,
8 President and secretary of SAN JUAN HOMES, CARL A. SANDQUIST and

RICHARD E. CADY, President and Senior Vice -President of COAST

E. PERKY and BARBARA H. PERKY, his wife, have submitted to the

City of Kent a proposed plat of the following described land, in

said City, and located in the County of King, State of Washington,

15 and more fully described as follows:

28 and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
29 said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
30 required by law, the City Council, after due consideration thereof,
31 and after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the 4th da
32 of November,1968, finds that said plat conforms to all the legal
requirements and that due provision has been made for all
streets and alleys and for other public necessities and convenient S.

2 it is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are

3 j authorized and directed to have approval thereof fully inscribed

4 thereon under their proper, official signatures with the seal
5 of the City of Kent.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
7 in force five days from and aft its passage, approval and publici
