2 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Kent, Wash-
ington, authorizing the City Administrator
3 to make transfers of funds up to a limit of
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for any one
4 such transfer between items within any
5 class in the Budget.
6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON,
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. On and after the effective date of this

Ordinance, the City Administrator for the City of Kent, Washing -
10 ton, shall be authorized to make transfers of funds between items
11 within any class in the Kent City Budget as between any offices,
12
departments, divisions, services, institutions, etc., or any comb -
13 ination thereof, with a City of Kent organizational structure
14 which operates from the appropriations of the same fund, provided,
however, the City Administrator shall not increase any salary for
15
any City Employee above the amount provided therefor in the annual
16
Kent City budget, except as otherwise provided in RCW 35.33.105.
17
The City Administrator, in making said necessary transfers shall
18
be authorized to make such transfers up to a limit of Five Hundred'
19
Dollars ($500.00).

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
21
in force five days from and aft its passage, approval and pub -
