Section 1. Pursuant to a 1961 amendment to Chapter 41.

44 of the Revised Code of Washington, and effective January 11 1969

the City of Kent herewith elects that the maximum salary on which

emplove esIcon tributions (with the exception of Kent City Firemen)

and the Citv of Kent's matching contributions are calculated, shall
13
hp increased from $400.00 monthl�r to full compensation.

Section 2. .This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
15
force as of January 19 1969 and five (5) days after its passage,
16
approval and publication as provided b -r law.
