Section 1. Kent City Ordinance 0.844 sl, as amended by
o.983 -- 1958, and which reads as follows:
111.5.04 Hours certain offices open. The office of
the City Clerk and the office of the City Treasurer
shall be kept open for business from 9:00 O'clock
A.M. to 5:0b O'clock P.M. of each day, except Sat-
urdays, Sundays and legal holidays."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
111.504. Hours Certain Offices Open. The offices
of the City Clerk, City Treasurer, City Engineer, City Administra-
tor, City Finance Department, and City Parks Department shall be
open to the public from 9:00 O' clock A.M. to 5:00 O'clock P.m.
of each day, except Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five (5 ) days from and after its passage, approval and
publication as provided. -by-law..
