hereby authorized and directed to purchase and/or institute and rrosecute to
determination in the Superior Court of the State of
King, d" action in the name of the City of Kent for condemnation and acquisition
of right of way and easements in, over and upon the following described land,
situated in the County of King, State of Washington, for the purpose of obtaining
the necessary property and property rights for the improvement of Fourth Avenue in
the City of Kent, to -wit:
PARCELS T-201 and T-202 (THE SANWICK CORPORATION)
That portion of the following described Parcel "A" which lies
within a strip of land 100 feet in width, the centerline of
which being described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northwesterly margin of
Primary State Highway No. 5 (SR -167) with the Northerly pro-
longation of the centerline of 4th Avenue North, as shown on
the Plat of Sandwick's Addition to the City of Kent, according
to Plat thereof recorded in Volume 59 of Plats, page 81, records
of King County, Washington; thence North 1013'32" East along
said Northerly prolongation 833.99 feet; thence Northwesterly
along a curve to the left having a radius of 400.00 feet, an arc
distance of 251.27 feet; thence North 34045157" West 343.75 feet;
thence Northwesterly along a curve to the right having a radius
of 400.00 feet; an arc distance of 250.87 feet; thence North
