3 Washington, and zoning pursuant to Kent City
Ordinance No. 1071, as anended, certain land annex -

WHEREAS, certain land hereinafter described tags annexed

to the City of Kent unzoned, and

1 Section 3. T'nat upon said amendment being shown upon
2 the comprehensive planning map of the City of Kent, or upon an
3 addendum thereto, the copy of said map or addendum: shall be _filed
4 with the Countv Auditor of King County, Wlashington, and the City
5 Clerk of the City of Kent be and she is hereby authorized and
6 directed to record. this Ordinance with the County Auditor of
7 King County and pay the filing .fee therefor.
8 Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
9 force five days from and after its passage, approval and publica-
10 tion as ;provided by laM,-
