5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That RICHARD A. HAGEN, GREG P. KENT, R. 0.

HAGEN and LOUISE HAGEN, his wife, have submitted to the City of

!;Kent a proposed plat of the following described land, in said
9
10 ;;City, and located in the County of King, State of Washington, and

,more fully described as follows:

Section 27, T22N, R4E, W.M. in King County,

plat recorded in Vol. 64 of Plats, pages 62 and

and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
!required by law, the City Council, after due consideration thereof,
;and after said hearing, held an open Council Meeting on the 7th
(day of October, 1968, finds that said plat conforms to all the
legal requirements and that due provision has been made for all
,streets and alleys and for other public necessities and conveniences.

1 ; Section 2. That said plat of"KENTWOOD HILLS NO. 4' be
2 hand it is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
3 (sauthorized and directed to have approval thereof fully inscribed

4 dthereon under their proper, official signatures with the sealof

5 :,the City of Kent.
6 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
7force five days from and after its passage, approval and publica-
8 ition, as provided by law.
