ington, approving a plat of a portion of

"KENT ESTATES."

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT, WASHINGTON, DO
5
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That R. E. ECKENWEILER and JUNE M. ECKENWEILER,
7 husband and wig, -
and 0. R. CHASE and FRANCES M. CHASE, husband and wife, have sub -
8
mitted to the City of Kent a proposed plat of the following des -
9
cribed land, in said City, and located in the County of King,
10
State of Washington, and more particularly described as follows:

That -portion of the W 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of
12 the SE 1/4 of Section 209 Township 22 North, Range
5, E., W.M. , described as follows:
13 Beginning at a point on the north right-of-way
line of Southeast 256th Street, said point bearing
14 North 1017103" E. 42 feet from the S 1/4 corner of
Section 205 Township 22 North, Range 5, East, W.M. ;
15 and proceeding thence along said right-of-way line
So. 88027152" E 503.88 feet; thence leaving said
1.6 right-of-way line No. 100313411 East 137.99 feet;
17 thence So. 88027152" East 156 feet to the East
line of the West 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4
1g of said Section 20; thence along said East line No.
100313411 E 1124.71 feet to the North line of the
19 West 1/2 of the SAN' 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Sec-
tion 20; thence along said North line No. 8805311711
20 West 654.88 feet to the NW corner of the So. 1/2
of the SE 1/4 of said Section 20; thence along the
21 West line of the So. 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of said
Section 20 So. 10171031' West 1257.83 feet to the
22 true point of beginning.
23 and said matter having come on for hearing pursuant to notice of
24 said hearing duly posted in the form and manner and for the time
25 required by law, the City Council, after due consideration thereof,
26 and after said hearing, held an open Countil Meeting on the lst
27
day of July, 1968s
finds that said plat conforms to all
the

legal requirements
and that due provision has been made
for all
29
legal requirements
and that due provision has been made
for all
30
streets and alleys
and for other public necessities and
conven-
31 iences.

Be
1 Section 2. That said plat of "KENT ESTATES" be., and it
`' is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized
3 and directed to have approval thereof fully inscribed thereon
4 under their proper, official signatures with the seal of the
5 City of Kent.
6 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
7 force five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and
8 publication, as provided by law.
